We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

🔹 2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
Delays caused by customs, shipping, or courier services
Discounted or sale items

🔹 3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔹 5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After this time, the order may have already been processed by our supplier and cannot be canceled.
